The press-conference "Sherlock Holmes and Miss Marple": private guarding and private investigation – how to become one" was held in RIA Novosti.

The conference was planned by the journalists as a presentation of how Decree № 498 influenced private investigation. During the meeting preparation the editorial staff was suggested expanding the topic and speaking about NSI (National Security Intelligence) in general, about its issues and the role it plays in providing security.

The Head of the Department for Interdepartmental Interaction Support of FDCS of Russia Police major general Vladimir Golubovsky, the Chairman of the Supervisory board in NP "KC ROSS" Igor Goloshapov, NSI Trade Union Chairman Dmitriy Galochkin and Alexander Pimkin, the CEO of "Byuro rozyska" spoke in front of the press.
